As the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS) reaches the penultimate round of the 2024 series – the 55th edition of the Adenauer ADAC Rundstrecken-Trophy – Falken Motorsports is aiming for an outright win with its pair of Porsche 911 GT3 R (992).
Following a tough showing in NLS4 earlier this year, with both cars caught up in a rain-induced multiple-car incident, drivers Alessio Picariello and Klaus Bachler (#3) and Joel Eriksson and Tim Heinemann (#4) will be looking for redemption.
Falken’s track record in the NLS has been impressive this year, with four overall victories – two in the NLS and two in the ADAC 24h qualifiers – underlining the performance of the team and its high-performance tyres. A fifth victory would be the crowning glory of a successful season on the legendary Nordschleife.
Off-track, the Falken Drift Team will be offering spectacular taxi rides to raise money for those injured in the paddock explosion during August’s NLS weekend. All proceeds will go directly to those affected.
The four-hour race gets underway on Saturday, October 19, at 11:00 (BST), with qualifying taking place from 07:30.
