June saw manufacturer client NIO mark 10 years of innovation in the UK by opening its new UK R&D facility in Witney, Oxfordshire.
This brings together engineering teams from its former UK facilities at Begbroke Science Park and Bicester Motion into a single location and Elan was on hand to support with media.
The UK has played an important part of NIO’s journey.
In 2016, NIO established a global R&D centre for performance and advanced concept engineering in Oxfordshire.
For this event, we offered local insight and access to key contacts to ensure news of the centre reached the targets aspired for by NIO and beyond. In addition, we hosted key industry influencers during the event and facilitating interviews with multiple Chinese media that sent teams to cover this key moment in NIO’s European development.
As the facility goes fully on stream, we look forward to welcoming more international media to see some of the exciting innovations that are coming from NIO.
